Power steering cylinders on a '67 270
1967 Travco 270 P375 w/ 318 motor.\n\nI have removed the power steering hydraulic lines due to their poor condition and leaking. Having them rebuilt locally. While they are off, I figure I should address other related issues. The large hydraulic cylinder that connects to both wheels is also leaking where the piston enters the housing (see attached picture). I don't know the name of the cylinder or p/n, but does anyone know if it is rebuildable? If yes, any purchase source would be wonderful. Also, the bushings on their end could use replacement. Any p/n on those?\n\nThe smaller cylinder that the 4 lines attach to (see picture) is not leaking, but I could rebuild that while I am at it, if anyone has a p/n for that....and its bushings, too. I have no idea if I should rebuild the PS pump or any other components. Thoughts?\n\nI read that ATF is used for the PS fluid. Is that correct? DexIII, or something else? And what ATF is used in my transmission?\n\nThanks.

Dodge P/N 2084329 is recommended but no longer available.\nFrom what I read, ATF is not recommended for this paticular application (attacks seals and hoses)\nFar as I know you can use Prestone Power Steering Fluid & Stop Leak
