Easy Lug nut removal
Just got this tool today and it works. A bit slow but easy lug nut removal and comes with the sockets for the 1 1/2" lug nuts and the 13/16" inner nuts for the rear. I could not believe how easy it was with the provided handle to get the nuts loose.\nEbay link\nhttp://www.ebay.com/itm/111724653743?_trksid=p ... %3AIT\n\nA simple torque multiplier but a lot easier than a 4' breaker bar.

Never seen one until recently... have those always existed? My big cheater bar works for me but I gotta admit that I would like to try one of those. At least for loosening the lug nuts.

Re: Easy Lug nut removal
I just ordered one. The guy that put my wheels on last definitely over torqued them I can get most off but one or two on each wheel won't budge with my NAPA flex wrench and cheater bar. My only other option was to get the tire guy to come back out for $100/hour door to door. \n\nI would much rather have this tool on board so I can do it myself.\n\nRobC

Re: Easy Lug nut removal
77\nIt took all of my 260 lbs on the end of my 4' breaker bar to get Nessies lug nuts loose when i did the front brakes. This tool does it with one hand with the supplied handle. If I did the math correctly 77 inch lbs of torque on the input would set the lugs to 500 ft lbs. it comes with a straight shaft for spinning the lugs loose once broken free.

Great find KB2.\n\nMy rim repainting project went on hold since I could not get my wheels off. I should be back in the game when my lug wrench shows up!\n\nI had a mishmash of tires on my rig with three new toyos and three last leg tires. Two blew just sitting in the driveway! I need to get them off so I can get three new matching Toyos from Les Schwab.\n\nAgain thanks for the tip.\n\nRobC

\n\nShows you how much some sellers are overcharging for it. May be going for bulk sales with a lower profit margin.badbillybiker wrote:How can they afford free shipping on what that thing weigh's?\nBBB

It also works on heavy equipment and tractors. I could see many a small farmer getting one of these for use on their stuff.

Re: Easy Lug nut removal
Mine showed up yesterday. I couldn't wait so I put on my head lamp and started in my otherwise frozen lugs.\n\nCame off like butter.\n\nThis thing weighs probably 25 lbs so it is kind of unwieldy under the wheel wells but using a jackstand to get it in place worked great.\n\nThe Chinese instructions are hilarious.\n\nLooks like the limit is 100 nm on the input handle which is about 75 foot/lbs. I am keeping my 4 foot breaker and Budd to set the torque on the bolts so I know I am right around 450-500.\n\nI highly recommend this tool. $80 bucks with free shipping. I saw others on line for $200. Did not do any research on them though.\n\nRobC
