Re: house 12V and PD 708 issues?
I don't know why yours has a relay or 120v lighting. on our 76 there is a fuse panel hidden behind a wood sliding panel in an upper kitchen cabinet above the monitor station. All of our lighting is 12 volts. The romex near the roof vent hole is wiring for an AC unit. Some where pre-wired for 2 AC units. That romex should run to an outlet on the ceiling near the vent and should not be hooked up. I wish I could help more but as everything on these is usually modified for personal tastes every one is unique.

The 76 had no 110v ac lights. All the interior lights in our are led along with the park/brake/ turn signal lights. I even have leds in most of the clearance lights.
