battery tray wiring

Unread post by Zed » Sat Apr 13, 2019 9:17 pm

There's been some hacks in my battery tray, trying to get it back to original so the house and starting battery are isolated. Can anyone provide a schematic or even a picture of their setup. Where would the isolator be located? 71 Mahal is what I'm working on. Thanks.

I found these online. I also have a Dodge FSM for the 300 through 400 series chassis's in book form if you need me to look up something.

So I traced some of the wires from the big red rotary switch. Positive 1 terminal goes to the positive of the started battery, Positive 2 goes to the accessory battery, and the negative wire goes to starter battery and is jumpered to the accessory battery so both really. This is correct right?

Sounds right. You could just go straight to ground at each point.
