I finished the kitchen back splash and installed one of those magnetic screen doors.

Did you use any sound conditioning under the flooring? The PO of my 76 looks like he did a bunch of floor repair and then laid that insul-fabric stuff down with the intention of putting carpet back in. He then left the roof vent open her in the Pacific NW and it got soaked. Ripped it out today and the floor underneath is still in great shape. I am doing hardwood vinyl on mine and heard a few guys talking about putting some kind of cushion, sound deadening stuff.\n\nI dig the African wood look.\n\nRob

No, I just laid the board down. There is some kind of sprayed on, black foam looking stuff on the underside of the coach's floor... not sure what the original intention of that was though.
