RV parts supply to avoid

Unread post by KB2CRK » Sun Dec 28, 2014 4:56 pm

Just completed a dispute through paypal with RVpartsuniverse.com.\n\nI ordered a white surround for the shower/tub I am putting in my Travco and when it arrived it was a parchment surround in a white box. I emailed them and received no reply. I tried calling their customer service line and got a message saying their voice mailbox was full. One time someone picked up the phone and hung up when I said hello. I filed a claim with paypal and they did not respond. Paypal found in my favor and refunded my money. rvpartsuniverse.com also operates under Port Haven Marine. With the type of customer service, None, I would avoid them at all costs.\nJust figured I would give a heads up.\n\nPaul

PPl is where I purchased the toilet direct and the tub by way of Amazon. They are great to deal with. \n\nRVpartsuniverse / port haven marine is the one I will not deal with again.
