I have a 1971 270 with the 413HP motor. When I got the Travco, it had been towed from it's previous home and the Tow driver had removed the straps and bolts for the pinion yoke. They are nowhere to be found! It appears to have a SPICER 70HD axle...but of course the tag is gone and no designation stamp. I have mic'd the u-joint dimensions and the cap dia. dimension and I cannot even find a Spicer application! Does anyone know what the u-joint could be? And the correct strap set size? I am also going to buy a spare just to be safe!
Thanks in advance

Re: Yoke straps for u-joint???
It is a Dana Spicer 70HD. There is a parts list that may have the u-joint listed in the parts forum here. I wish I could help more.
