What year is it? Look for a metal tag that list a GVWR rating, etc... it should be located up front inside the radiator access door.

It is a 1966... Can't seem to find metal tag with GVWR rating.

I don't think they made a 290 in 1966... I bet it's a 270. Can you post up a picture?

just my $.02 worth.. if unit is driveable, I would take it to a truck stop \nand weigh it. you will get a printout and then... no bs....\n you will be sure of the weight... \nbelieve the cost is under $10.00 FWIW\nBTW: Post a pic and members can positively identify the size/model you have\nBBB
