Aces: Take a look at Surfguitar101.com (Now you know my other expensive hobby)\n\nOn the main page they have a sort of "quick look" where the most recent posts for all the various forum topics shows up on the main page. Might be a pain but it allows visitors to see and comment immediately on whatever the most recent thread was. \n\nJust a suggestions:\n\nThanks for running this site by the way. It is awesome and everyone on It has been very helpful and supportive. This from a new guy undertaking the epic task of basically a "down-to-the-frame rails" restoration of my rig.\n\nRobC

That is a nice site. I am a Bass player myself.\nThe software we use is PhP and is free open source but it comes with limitations and also Private Pilot maintains the tech end of the site pro bono for us so unfortunately we have limitations on what we can do. As the site grows someday maybe we can make it more advanced but honestly I am lucky I can run the site let alone setup more technical pages like that. I am a low tech and just retired my 386 with windows 3.1 a few years ago....
