Camp Huaco Springs, New Braunfels, Texas

A very nice campground along the Guadalupe river on River Road near New Braunfels, Texas.\nDuring the busy season, full hookups are pricey at $60 a night but it's a super nice facility on the river with plenty to do. Paved roads, nice RV pads, lots of shade trees, a very stocked store with reasonable prices and a tube/raft rental place right next door.\nMe and my wife really enjoyed tubing the Guadalupe river. Tube prices were $20 per person for the day. The tube rental places will shuttle you up river and drop you off or you can float down river and they will pick you up. We floated about 4 hours and sun screen is highly recommended to avoid a sunburn. Shuttle vans and buses run back and forth all day long until dusk.\nHere are a few pics...
